		<description>We&#039;re going to see a real divergence between online certification and people who go to brick-and-mortar schools.  The brick-and-mortar people are going to be more generally educated, but the online folks are going to be ready-to-work for the company that trains them, or their affiliates.

Online/brick-and-mortar hybrid programs are going to become a lot more popular at first.  The brick-and-mortar part is going to be teaching the aspects of creativity and discussion; but the online part is going to going to be for dealing with the technical lectures and factual material.  

It&#039;s going to be an interesting time.</description>
