		<description>Thanks for sharing and your comments on shifting to siftables.  I am reminded if past attempts to incorporate all the different sensory modalities into learning experiences but it seems like the printed word remained(s) dominate. I am just beginning to think about all the possible relationship, linking that can be applied here to create a haptic--tactile and kinesthetic--conceptual reality. And, perhaps the learning may not be conceptualized verbally but simply remembered by the muscle tissue that performed the sifting.</description>
