I am 5 years out of college and had the same issue then. My last 3 years were spent doing all my assignments and notes via PDA, and all the time I had to retreat back to the legacy systems of multiple copies and non-electronic means of communicating because the process was not malleable enough to move that far then. Sure, things are changing now. But even at the rate of change they are, students will not only outpace the curriculm, but the educational process too. I agree with what the student said.
